Digital Wellbeing
Especially during the pandemic, we spend much of our day staring at a screen. All the digital activities we engage in affect our behavior and our mental and physical health. Screen addiction is real, but not totally inevitable! There are lots of unique approaches to mitigating the harms of our digital lives. In this studio we will explore topics such as social comparison and doom scrolling and discover ways to build digital experiences that work with you, not against you.
